If I recall correctly you can also open them by tipping them back so they are about 20 degrees from the ground. You should hear the locking mechanism fall open

If I recall correctly you can also open them by tipping them back so they are about 20 degrees from the ground. You should hear the locking mechanism fall open and the door opens easily. Your milage may vary.
