Hum, I don't send out the mail we use SparkPost... Double check the email set in settings if still nothing I can take a look.

    I checked the spark post log and it looks like your email provider bounced the email, out of hundreds of others it was the only one that bounced and it was bounced based on a user preference is what it told the mail sender.

    Checked the first email it tried to send it and your mail provider said this back to us: address: No such user here. I checked with the email you set on the account, your mail provider said the address does not exist.
