So how exactly are they mining if they aren't paying for electricity ? Illegally connected to the grid and/or bribed someone from the electric company to turn a blind eye ?
- mrweasel 5y agoMaybe the government is scared to allow powered to be turned off, fearing an uprising among the Serbs, potentially giving Serbian a reason to interven?

- rixed 5y agoAnd how is this ban going to be enforced if they can't even enforce energy bills to be paid?
- fluffyguy 5y agoThey signed a dumb deal with serbia. The serb community doesn't pay the energy bill until a final deal is reached with serbia on the EU facilitated dialogue. I don't know the details of this, but that's a tl;dr version!
