I personally find it easier to remember what I've read, compared to what podcast/audio book I played while in bed. It's also, curiosly, easier for me to follow

I personally find it easier to remember what I've read, compared to what podcast/audio book I played while in bed. It's also, curiosly, easier for me to follow written instructions, compared to spoken (at work for example).
