This name, UltraRAM, is already in use by Xilinx for quite a while, https://www.xilinx.com/support/documentation/white_papers/wp477-ultraram.pdf https://www.xilinx.com/support/documentation/white_papers/wp... . They are the larger, but less flexible, embedded memories inside there Ultrascale and newer FPGAs. So, I was confused by the title of the article.
