Easiest way to get any company interview call [Tested on few company]
- Raymondfx 5y agoFor all the males who are not getting interview call. Simple way is to change the gender asked in portal to - female.

- verdverm 5y agoAre you claiming that as the gender you identify with when doing so? (during interview or call) I suppose if enough people do this (falsify) the data point will become low information. Your result could indicate discrimination based on gender as it is.
