- romanhn 5y agoNo need to be rude. From what I recall, the Oops system originally allowed any employee to request action on behalf of anyone, but they changed the policy not too long ago that you can only request help for people you know personally and are vouching for. The team behind it simply does not have the resources to help everyone, which yes, absolutely sucks for people impacted (I'm in a similar boat with a longtime Google account).
