I don't know. I really don't, and that's scary. I've been programming since I was 7 years old, on a ZX Spectrum 48k, and now that I'm 40+, it's been a long, long time. And in all that time, I've never really wanted to be the guy who has to be responsible for a bunch of other people. All I've ever enjoyed about software development was being elbow-deep in code, and learning new things. And now that I'm older, I'm starting to get scared that the world doesn't appreciate people like that.
