I read the book awhile ago and practice it extensively in my personal and work life. Being up front and honest about what you want, including what you don’t want, is an incredible force multiplier. Some people can’t handle it and that’s ok with me. It just means we likely won’t work together effectively. I view it as a matter of maturity, we’re all adults here. I don’t pander and I make that clear up front. Almost everyone respects and responds positively.
