Can't even sign up. Gives generic error about "payment / registration failed" - its a regular credit card that I use everywhere. Oh well...kinda glad to be honest. Knowing Oracle it will eventually become a nightmare anyway (whoops, we accidentally billed you $70 for the free-tier, but you need to manually call this long-distance number between the hours of 9am-4pm to reverse the charge and this also happens to be our sales dept)
