Agreed, it would be an interesting idea to make a new coreutils with everything modernised/cleaned up to be easier to use and more consistent.

- GhettoComputers 5y agoTried it too bad no shell compares to fish for ease of use. Every new shell gets asked "can it do the thing in fish" and the answer is always kind of or no, zsh did not function as well even with the configs and it seemed much slower.
