Accordingly, if a lot is over 2,400 sqft, one could split the lot into 2 (minimum 1,200 sqft is needed per part), and build a duplex, an ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit) and a JADU (Junior Accessory Dwelling Unit) in each part, ending up with 8 units in total.
