We recently had a guy interview at our company and he had someone else do the technical part. He himself talked to the non technical people and his "colleague" talked to me and the other engineers. He looked nothing like his linked in profile, but i gave him the benefit of the doubt since maybe it was an old picture... It wasn't. All this was over video chat..
