I've done something similar with a team of 12 and turned it into a 30 min training. The first 15 minutes I screen shared and installed and configured it together. The last 15 was spent verifying and answering any questions. We recorded it (MS Teams) and the link was added to the instructions in the knowledge wiki for folks unable to attend.
