You would have to become a contractor through one of the agencies they work with - "Happiest Minds" or "Globant" were the two I saw used when I was there. My current employer, Rigetti Computing, has I think 100-200 employees and has a few that are working from the UK, Australia, or Canada. But I think they would have to be especially interested in you to let you work from abroad as a new hire.
