- CommonAccord 5y agoI applied again to YC as an NFP. Did that some years ago, perhaps now is ripe. The goal is to sort out governance of an open source approach to legal documents, and to transacting generally. In the intervening years since the first application, have benefitted from work with MIT Connection Science, EU Commission, Harvard Berkman-Klein, Stanford CodeX. And now also Metagov.org (presentation with Megan Ma). YC could be a fabulous place to work out what parts of an open transacting system need governance in a "Centre for Decentralised Law" (#DecentLaw). It could also be a user - as demonstrated with the example of the Safe Note, above.
