This is the best resource on how to use Outlook that I have ever read: http://www.danielmoth.com/Blog/Processing-Email-In-Outlook.aspx http://www.danielmoth.com/Blog/Processing-Email-In-Outlook.a.... It's complicated, and has a fairly steep setup cost (don't forget to check "and stop processing rules" when creating your rules) but it's been working great for me.
