Oh really? That's an extraordinary claim: care to provide any evidence? Otherwise, I call BS.

- HamburgerEmoji 5y agoI don't know the exact state of affairs right now, but this should be enough to get the gist of what's been going on. https://www.judicialwatch.org/press-releases/judicial-watch-u-s-capitol-police-tell-federal-court-january-6-disturbance-videos-are-not-public-records/ https://www.judicialwatch.org/press-releases/judicial-watch-... https://www.buzzfeednews.com/article/zoetillman/insurrection-capitol-footage-secret https://www.buzzfeednews.com/article/zoetillman/insurrection... https://www.buzzfeednews.com/article/zoetillman/capitol-footage-lawsuit-release-insurrection https://www.buzzfeednews.com/article/zoetillman/capitol-foot... - HamburgerEmoji 5y agoPlease respond substantively or not at all.
- coffeedan 5y agoLiterally anything we haven’t seen is “possibly exculpatory”, isn’t it?
- HamburgerEmoji 5y agoImagine that you were waved into the building by guards, and have been under 23 hour/day lockdown in prison awaiting trial for 9 months, and the government is refusing to release video you say would support your claim. The state is apparently using video evidence to prosecute you, but your lawyer can't get other parts of the same body of video evidence. https://djhjmedia.com/rich/department-of-justice-admits-in-case-filing-that-it-is-withholding-potential-exculpatory-evidence-from-january-6-defendants/ https://djhjmedia.com/rich/department-of-justice-admits-in-c...
- therobot24 5y ago>> Imagine that you were waved into the building by guards no one was waved in, there's plenty of video of people breaking windows and through doors to get in
- HamburgerEmoji 5y agoBegging the question. Defendants say they were waved in, government is withholding video evidence that may support their claim. Hopefully you agree that no valid conviction could be obtained under such circumstances.
- smoldesu 5y agoDo the defendants have any of their own video evidence to back that up? If this hand-waving were such a big issue, surely someone would have recorded it, even if only by accident.
- juanani 5y agoI've seen a video of these protestors(looked like a quite tour group) politely asking things of the security there. It looked fake judging by how the media blew this up. Never saw that video again, just disappeared. Tech is aligned with the establishment, they have been censoring videos at the request of our politicians for a while now. That technically isnt government censorship is it?
