Pretty sure bufferin is aspirin, not paracetamol.

  Some versions contain Aspirin, other contain Paracetamol like this one: https://www.bufferin.net/products/premiumdx.htm https://www.bufferin.net/products/premiumdx.htm and they all use the same brand name
