People don’t fully appreciate how different driving in multiple locations/conditions is to a neural network. Since most drivers only operate in certain fixed conditions often (e.g. driving to work or along certain routes during the day/night), people are going to get vastly different experiences of the same software. This is why you get some people claiming FSD beta is a fraud and others claiming that it works well with 0 disengagements 99% of the time. I think their tech is probably a LOT better than what you’re making it out to be but no where close to living up to its promise of full self driving.
