Landlords will be extremely cautious from now on and only selecting tenants that they believe will continue paying through laws like these.
- ihsw 5y agoThe net effect being that rentals go to only those that pass extensive scrutiny, which results in excluding the poorest and most disadvantaged. Such as it is with government policy based on avarice and disdain.
