It’s time to rename “Unlimited PTO” to something more honest and realistic. Of course, HR will still call it that, but giving it a better name will help people

It’s time to rename “Unlimited PTO” to something more honest and realistic. Of course, HR will still call it that, but giving it a better name will help people see it for what it is. I propose “Vacation By Request” or maybe “PTO TBD.”
