Does software engineering need the same productivity gains as farming?
- breckenedge 5y agoI like the premise, and we have become more productive, but we’ve also diverged in so many ways. Docker and Kubernetes are only a few years old, and enable some standardization, but also suffer from cargo-culting and being used where they’re counter-productive.
