- amanaplanacanal 5y agoMy understanding is that the basket is based on what consumers actually spend their dollars on. Maybe there's a better way to do it, but I'm not sure what that would be.
- neural_thing 5y agoGetting rid of hedonic adjustment and dropping the "owner rent equivalent" in favor of actual rent/housing prices is a start
