I'm very much someone who needs to write things to understand them.
Trying to figure out some new API that gives gross error messages and has zero useful documentation? I start writing down what I _think_ things do. Yhis pretty quickly
- neurotrace 5y agoThis is a huge one for me. I jot down random notes as I go. Some are very descriptive and detailed. Others are as simple as "things of this shape seem to have this property." Just getting it written down seems to help solidify things more quickly. I rarely re-read these notes.
