    Well, 0 ("oh") to 13, the suffix "teen" and prefixes "twenty", "thirty", "forty", "fifty" are enough... There's a story about the lady who recorded Siri's voice, the engineers figured out what noises she had to make to cover all syllables. Considering Siri also speaks several languages...
