My thoughts were this seems like something a one, 2 or 3 person business could run, and it should be possible to extract decent salaries out of it while still remaining in conformance with non-profit rules. Safe in the knowledge that no megacorp is coming to take it from you.
- gamblor956 5y agoWhat you describe would not be possible, as it would violate a number of rules applicable to 501(c) entities. As described, the big concern with your hypothetical is private inurement.
