This seems exceptionally realistic. I’ve sat next to former employees who almost certainly get paid more than I do because they know the process and no one else can match that knowledge. I generally don’t work nuclear plants, but in my experience they are a magnitude more expensive in everything. Compared to the cost of downtime, it’s a small price to pay.
