- plusbryan 18y agoas of summer 2006, yes. standard 4/1 yr
- pg 18y agoWe don't actually require it, but we encourage it, so that there's a predefined way to handle cofounders leaving.
- dcurtis 18y agoIt's not a requirement. But they strongly suggest the typical 4 year vesting with 1 year cliff. (Actually, "strongly" might be an understatement.)
