The child porn aspect of this strikes me as ridiculous. As was pointed out in the article, genuine child porn is overtly sexual, and this image doesn't come close. Maybe the guy really does feel exploited these days, but I'd be a little more convinced of that if, as was pointed out in Ars Technica (https://arstechnica.com/gaming/2021/08/adult-who-used-to-be-the-nevermind-baby-says-nirvana-album-cover-is-child-porn/ https://arstechnica.com/gaming/2021/08/adult-who-used-to-be-...), he hadn't been milking it for most of his life.
