I suppose it depends on how you define "downfall", but Motorola stock this year is at an all-time high, even higher than its peak during late 90s during the run up to the dot-com boom and when Motorola cellphones were king. There's been some very hard years in between and it's a smaller company now, but it's actually doing very well by many standards.
