Hmm. So it is OK for me to say make all of my money in San Francisco then go buy property in much poorer Detroit?
Now what if about 1/3 of that income came from my wife who is from a poorer country than Spain?
- remir 5y agoI guess if a bunch of wealthy people came to Detroit and bought properties and extracted rent from much poorer citizens with less upward mobility and nearly no chance to own a property of them own, that would be the same problem.
