This article makes a good case for turning off every apple device you own.. and never turning them back on. And it's not because Apple has implemented this algorithm per-se, it's because the way they have implemented it punts the problems directly to Law Enforcement. Maybe they will (or have) proposed at least a manual review process after flagging before involving Law Enforcement. Otherwise it's tuttle/buttle all the way down...
