What do you think about this? The glasses are just a placebo effect?
- animesh 5y agoIt does seem to prevent the usual fatigue if I decide to spend an extra hour or two after work.
- animesh 5y agoThanks for the article. As per the article, the main reasons for fatigue is the dry eyes, headache, sensitivity to light. I deal with dry eyes by doing the 20-20-20 rule and the sensitivity to light by trying to get the better sleep.
