- pmdulaney 5y agoBut why wouldn't the owner of the AI just claim credit for himself? This is like awarding a patent to your computer because you used it in coming up with your invention.

- quadhome 5y agoPatents can already be owned by corporations. Who cares who gets recorded as the inventor? A baby step toward legal personhood for autonomous AIs. Now they can sell their work for hire.
