  Seems absurd that the gaming press has picked up on this as a "gaming PC ban." Completely dishonest presentation.

  Bad headline - omits "certain configurations." Bad article - fails to mention that it's the amount of energy used while idle, NOT the amount of energy used while running, that is restricted.
