Thanks so much for the pointers, super helpful! May I know what is the implication of not going UK payroll, i.e. earning foreign income? I might go for submitting an annual self assessment on my foreign income if there is no huge downside. Also definitely looking into "permanent establishment". The EOR suggestions are very helpful!
