So Xcode 3 won't work and mavcim keeps crashing. Is it like: sometimes seems unstable - crashing, or completely unusable - crashing. Details much appreciated as it is my main editor.

Same here. I found this: https://github.com/b4winckler/macvim/wiki/ChangeLog https://github.com/b4winckler/macvim/wiki/ChangeLog Might just have to upgrade to snapshot 59. I guess I'll find out when lion finishes downloading. But really, people actually use the open/save panels in MacVim?

  Many thanks for the link. I do use them for sessions not files - I find that feature very usefull when dealing with a bunch of projects.

  I am currently on snapshot 59 as well. It is stable in the way that it crashes ~ every 10 mintues.
