I don't mind ads. I mind being tracked as I browse the web and this being called "advertising". Static images as ads would work, wouldn't be blocked by ad bloc

I don't mind ads. I mind being tracked as I browse the web and this being called "advertising". Static images as ads would work, wouldn't be blocked by ad blockers, and would be effective as ads.
