I've been using simple mail forwarder (https://github.com/huan/docker-simple-mail-forwarder https://github.com/huan/docker-simple-mail-forwarder) for a while now to catch-all and forward any email to my domain to my personal email on protonmail.
Advantages are that I can move to another email provider without much hassle, and that I can have a different email address for any service I sign up for.
The main disadvantage is that I can't make it look like I am replying from the same address.
I wonder if it's something that's doable?
