It's just a few pages and you'll know the basic ideas.
Learning calculus and all the prerequisites is really not that bad. Yes you'll need to do some review on prerequisites like algebra, functions, and maybe a bit of trigonometry, but it won't take you more than a month or two. As a coder you've had to learn much more complex things, so I bet calculus will turn out to be easier than you think.
