The file downloads with a hash name, but its a .mkv container. Add the filetype to the filename once downloaded and it should play.
- ncann 5y agoI watch ARTE often and I wonder why this specific video is blocked here (Canada). Do they fear that they may face repercussion from the government or some other entities?
