- w0de0 5y agoThat seems nonsensical, unnecessary, impossible to organize in an institution of such a size as the military- industrial complex, and unlikely to create the type of reaction you posit - when revealed, I imagine the reception a bad, inexplicable joke has when told by a cranky uncle. In short, no, that’s not “pretty clear” - in my opinion!
