There are great high-res maps of Moon out there already. E.g https://carto.maps.arcgis.com/apps/webappviewer3d/index.html https://carto.maps.arcgis.com/apps/webappviewer3d/index.html Whereas for Mars somehow nobody had worked on it yet. That said, I could see us hosting a similar site for Moon, too!
