    Duh: Customers with a last name starting with A through E go in the drawer labelled A-E, etc. We just implemented a RAID 1+0 solution that involves a fleet of entry level workers furiously photocopying every document and putting them in boxes for Iron Mountain...

  Do you work at an elementary school, by any chance? I'm not trying to be a wise guy - it's more of a comment that elementary schools are often last to implement technologically savvy solutions (i.e. solutions that cost a lot of money), so I wouldn't be surprised if you said "yes" to my question.
