There are already narrowly-defined exceptions to the freedom of association in the form of anti-discrimination laws. There is clearly a question of balance to be made.
- mlindner 5y agoIndeed. Unfortunately there's no governmental protection in the US of "political discrimination". Political view differences are not a protected class at the moment.
