Easier to exercise when there's a purpose to it.

- Sebb767 5y agoAn immediately visible purpose. Saving for your retirement is important, as well, but spending money on food (which you need) is still more fun. Also, cycling on your commute forces you to do so. For your health, cycling a tour "tomorrow" is just as fine. But it does not serve well as a motivator. Cycling to work, on the other hand, forces you to do that now.
