Like you said we can probably discuss this question without getting defensive but it's impossible thanks to the way it's worded.
- jrm4 5y agoNot at all. I'm aware that it has the potential to put people off, but sometimes you have to shake people up to get the discussion going. There is actually a huge difference between "forcing people to do something" and merely "asking a question, albeit in a tough way," and people don't really seem to get this difference around here.
