We Have All Hit a Wall
- 1-6 5y agoI spoke to my HR once and told her how I felt about my self-productivity and the productivity of others. She was like, "That's not what I've been hearing." I'm not sure if I'm in the wrong or if my coworkers are lying.
- ThrowawayR2 5y agoWell, nobody dares admit to their co-workers or their bosses that their productivity has crashed, lest they draw attention to themselves and paint a big target on their backs. So we plaster on a fake smile on Zoom, lie to each other that things are great, and suffer in silence. Personally, I can't wait to go back to the office (and it's not because I'm an extrovert or have a office with a door either).
