    Well I'm not sure what propaganda you see here. I find it a difficult subject to discuss here, how to elect the president rather than have him dumped from the sky, and it seems that there's always a more urgent patriotic crisis to solve before we discuss direct popular representativity of the executive. If it's propaganda to ask the communists to give us the right to vote, then the country has progressed :D
